Partners

The Foundation for Seacoast Health has partnered with over 100 nonprofit organizations across the Seacoast to advance health and wellbeing and build stronger, more resilient communities.

In addition to grantmaking, we collaborate with educators, providers, funders, and community leaders to strengthen connections, share knowledge, and advance solutions to complex health challenges. We continue to explore our role as a convener, bringing partners together to address the full range of factors that shape health and wellbeing across our region.

Partner Spotlights

All of the organizations we support are powerfully impacting our community in one or more of the Foundation’s priority giving areas. Meet a few of them here:

Mental Health

Seacoast Youth Services supports the mental health and well-being of adolescents through counseling, prevention, mentoring, and youth development programs. We value their proactive approach to equipping young people and their families with the tools, skills, and support they need to navigate challenges before they become crises. Our partnership with Seacoast Youth Services helps strengthen youth mental health and ensures more young people across our communities have the opportunity to thrive. Learn more about SYS here!

Healthy Aging

One of our newest partners, the Seacoast Dementia Hub is an innovative regional initiative created to provide much-needed support for individuals living with dementia and the family members who care for them. Through resource navigation, education, and convening, the Hub is helping families feel less isolated and better equipped to navigate the challenges of dementia. We are delighted to support this emerging initiative as part of our commitment to helping older adults and their caregivers live with dignity, connection, and resilience. Thriving Communities

Transportation is one of the most significant barriers to health, opportunity, and independence for Greater Seacoast residents. COAST is not just a public transportation provider; it is the connective tissue that links people to healthcare, employment, education, and essential community services. We are proud to partner with COAST because reliable transportation is fundamental to building healthier, more connected communities! Learn more about COAST here!
