The Foundation for Seacoast Health partners with more than 100 nonprofit organizations across the Seacoast region to advance health and wellbeing and build stronger, more resilient communities. We understand that lasting impact is achieved through collaboration. In addition to grantmaking, we work alongside nonprofit partners, educators, healthcare providers, funders, and community leaders to strengthen connections, share knowledge, and advance solutions to complex health challenges. As our work continues to evolve, we are deepening our role as a convener—bringing partners together to address the full range of factors that shape health and wellbeing across our region.
