Education & Career Pathways
The Foundation for Seacoast Health is strengthening the healthcare workforce by investing in education and career pathways across the Seacoast region.
Building on a long history of supporting students pursuing healthcare careers, the Foundation is evolving its approach to address the real-world barriers that impact students’ ability to complete training and enter the workforce. Today, our work focuses on partnerships and initiatives that support individuals from education through employment in healthcare.
We invest in opportunities that:
Support students pursuing healthcare careers
Reduce financial and practical barriers to completing training
Strengthen connections between education, training, and employment
